Leopoldo crea espacio verde

The Congress endorsed the pedagogical side of the Leopoldo City Garden as a starting point towards a real environmental education in the city, by encouraging girls and boys to become "environmental volunteers" and gets them to take an active part in the divulging the idea of harmonious and healthy development.
