Gardens of the war and post-war periods
DIG FOR VICTORY was the motto launched by the British War Ministry to the population at the beginning of 1941. Leopoldo S / XS is here: The small giants
Winter 2006
Two new Leopoldos are created at the same time. Although brothers, they are very different. The Leopoldo S is a low version of the size M,and is part of the Leoplodo Garden System along with sizes L and M.
The Leopoldo XS is a different story. Its diminutive stature, 20x40x24, makes it perhaps the smallest garden in the world. And this is what makes it irresistible: it can fit anywhere, it’s attractive and very easy to manage. What’s more, it comes in a kit which includes coconut peat and organic guano fertilizer.
We have made this calendar for your garden: the memory accordion
This calendar, folded like an accordion, is designed to note down the changes in your garden. It also comes with four kinds of organic seeds: curly lettuce, radish, coriander and basil.
Leopoldo limited edition
Autumn 2006
In conjunction with Vaho Works we have created a version of the LEOPOLDO XS full of colour and surprises. Made from remnants of awning fabric, this exclusive and limited edition also includes a growing calendar with four different kinds of plant seeds. To make gardening as easy as falling off a log.
Vaho is a design team that uses recycled material. This is their first venture into the world of urban gardening with LEOPOLDO. And the result is a beautiful object that looks great anywhere in the house.
